Well, it has been quite some time since I last visited The Bandits Softball web page. During this course of time The Bandits picked up 2 more Championships, the last being the Spring 2010 Playoffs. After backing into the playoffs with a 4-6 record and being the #4 seed, we proceeded to beat the #1 seed J.P. Mulligans in our first game and the #2 seed Westside Chromeworks in our second game. SPRING CHAMPIONS!
As of Sunday July 25th, the Bandits are 2-3 and although we have struggled, we had a big win against the WolfPack. This coming Sunday we will face the Giants and try to get ourselves back to .500 and into the playoff picture.

Another great game! For the first part of the game it was a pitcher's duel, until J.P.Mulligan's opened up a 1 - 0 lead in the bottom of the 4th inning.
The Bandits answered back with 7 RUN'S in the top of the 5th inning. J.P. responded with 3 RUN'S in the bottom of the 5th.
Bandits scored 1 RUN in the top of the 6th, and J.P. 4 RUN'S in the bottom of the 6th.
The Bandits scored 1 RUN in the Top of the 7th inning, and J.P. Mulligan's was shut down in the bottom of the 7th inning, with the game ending 9 to 7, and another HUGE WIN for the BANDITS!!
GO BANDITS....4-0, ONLY 6 more to go!!!

Awesome game 3! Bandits got off to an early lead, knocking out the starting pitcher in the first inning. United Tobacco came back and tightened up the game, at one point intentionally walking Vic Mejia to pitch to Dean instead. Dean smoked United Tobacco for a long double and brought in 2 huge RUNS.
Alex Ruiz led the Bandits with 3 Hits and 3 RBI's. Howie, Vic Mejia, Dean, Tim, Miguel, Willie, Mike and Joe each had 2 Hits. Dean finished the day with 4 RBI'S.
El Boricua, ZURDO, HAD ANOTHER GREAT DAY ON THE HILL!

Heck of a game 2, Bandits got off to a great start and a good lead, but Westside Chromeworks got their bats started up and went down swinging. Great win for the Bandits 17 to 16.
Alex Ruiz, Vic Mejia and Tim each got 3 Hits. Willie also got 3 Hits and 4 RBI'S, making up for his drop ball in the outfield. The big winning Run was scored by Alex Ruiz.
El Boricua, ZURDO, had another great day on the hill.

THE BANDITS FIRST WIN!
The first Game got off to a 3-0 start for the Giants in the first Inning!
The Bandits came back and took a commanding lead allowing only one more run for the Giants over the next 6 Innings. The Bandits came out on Top 11-4 and had a Great Victory!
Vic Sierra (El Boricua) pitched a Great Game with Tim and Mike behind the Plate. Howie did a great job covering first, Greg covering second, Pedro handling short stop, and Dean cooled down the hot corner at 3rd.
The out field led by Vic Mejia in left, Alex in left center, Ice in right center, and Jose "Panty Man" in right, also had an outstanding day making all their plays and keeping the Giants long ball hitters in check.
Go BANDITS! WAY to GO!!!!
